Venice – third day

Burano

After Murano on day two, it was the turn of Burano with its brightly coloured houses and lace museum, a lovely place to wander around.

Biennale

We spent the afternoon at the Biennale. Our favourite pavilion was the Venezuelan, where many of the exhibits raised smiles. Some of the other pavilions, although impressive, were depressing.
