This is a record of our trip to the Scilly Isles. Click on a picture to see a larger version.
We took the train to Penzance where we spent the night and then took the ferry. We had been warned about seasickness on the ferry so took tablets. In the event the real problem was sun! We will use suncream and sunhats on the return. There were sightings of dolphins, shearwaters and gannets from the ferry.
We left our luggage at our accommodation and walked as far as Halangy Down, the site of an ancient village.
