In the morning we walked up to the top of the island and then back via a small church. Track of walk We used a taxi to get to the start and finish as Annie had to catch a ferry at 11:30. We said goodbye to Annie and hello to Demetrius, who was to be our guide in Amorgos.
Our ferry to Amorgos left quite late in the afternoon so Demetrius took us on a walk to a rather pretty bay. Track of walk
We then caught the ferry to Amorgos, tanked up with seasickness pills as the wind was still high and part of the crossing was broadside to the wind making it quite rough! The hills of Amorgos came into view.
We had a lovely view of the sunset from our hotel balcony.
