Perfect snow, almost perfect weather, good accommodation, much too much food. We all skied every day, mostly together. After skiing each day, there was tea & cakes, followed by ever-more blunt emails to Inntravel about their incompetence in booking our SAS tickets (eventually sorted).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spidsberseter has good facilities, including swimming pool, solarium and sauna. We shared one of their motel-style apartments which was a bit cramped but perfectly adequate. The resort sits towards the northerly end of an extensive area of cross-country tracks through varied terrain: some wooded, some open. Uphill sections of track often led to wonderful views of the nearby mountain ranges. Most of our fellow skiers used the well-cut tracks but we saw quite a few doing skating technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
