We woke to a grey misty day with the promise of rain. Nevertheless we set off on our walk led by Urška. When the rain got a little harder we were able to stop in a shelter nearby a church. We then walked to a farm/restaurant where they had set up a table for us in the barn. From there it was a relatively easy walk back to the hotel, though our way was barred by fallen trees at one point. The walk was on a mixture of paths, tracks and roads. It often went through woodland but there were occasional glimpses of views through the mist. There was often a steep drop at one side of the path but the paths were good enough for this not to be an issue. Because of the rain we saw several salamanders and at one point we saw some deer. We also saw a blue flower that was new to us. It had clusters of bell shaped flowers going up the stem and was locally called ``Tinkerbell". A later search of a flower book led us to identify it as Willow Gentian.
